Description
Remote Cloud Management
By installing a 4G module and an external SIM card, users can access and manage their Taurus multimedia players from anywhere in the world via the 4G network. This capability is critical for displays in locations without stable Wi-Fi or LAN connections, allowing for remote program publishing and real-time status monitoring through NovaStar's cloud platforms like VNNOX.
Optimized Data Performance
Most NovaStar 4G modules, such as the EG25-G, are LTE Category 4 devices that deliver maximum downlink rates of 150 Mbps and uplink rates of 50 Mbps. This high-speed performance ensures the reliable transmission of large media files and complex animations. The modules are also backward compatible with EDGE and GSM/GPRS networks to maintain connectivity even in remote areas with limited 4G coverage.
Universal Taurus Compatibility
These modules are designed to work seamlessly with all multimedia players in the Taurus series, including the TB1-4G, TB2-4G, and the newer TB30/TB60 models. They draw their 5V DC power directly from the player, requiring no external power supply. For global flexibility, NovaStar provides different module versions (such as the SIM7100A or EG25-G) to match specific regional network protocols.
