Description
Industrial Audio Multiplexing Overview
The HL-8TA Audio Fiber Extender is a professional-grade, high-density optical transport system designed for long-distance transmission. The device features an 8-channel forward configuration that multiplexes unbalanced analog signals over a single fiber link. It relies on integrated FPGA digital encoding and advanced clock recovery technology to remove signal jitter. This architectural design guarantees studio-standard reliability, zero latency, and maximum defense against interference . It provides consistent signal stability across public address networks, commercial complexes, and industrial sites.
Technical Specifications & Termination Infrastructure
Every interface on the HL-8TA Audio Fiber Extender uses heavy-duty Phoenix terminal blocks. These industrial connectors feature robust screw-down wiring to ensure permanent, vibration-resistant physical connections. The interior audio architecture delivers high linearity and low-distortion sine wave outputs. It supports I2S bus and MSB formats with a high-resolution serial output up to 24 bits. The hardware operates at a 48 kHz sampling rate in Basic Mode. It shifts up to 96 kHz in High-Rate Mode across a 10 Hz to 20 kHz bandwidth.
Optical Connectivity & Paired Deployment
The HL-8TA Audio Fiber Extender features universal optical compatibility across diverse campus infrastructure. The default configuration uses FC optical connectors, with optional support for LC or ST styles. It covers a 1 KM transmission distance over multi-mode fiber networks. The single-mode framework reaches 20 KM as standard and supports custom upgrades up to 100 KM. This true hardware, plug-and-play solution requires no configuration software or driver setup. It deploys strictly as a matched Transmitter and Receiver pair with real-time LED status diagnostics.
