The HDMI Splitter is a high-performance device designed to distribute a single HDMI source to four simultaneous HDMI displays. It is fully compliant with HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 standards, supporting resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz (4:4:4). A key feature is its integrated downscale, which can be activated via a panel dial switch to convert 4K input to 1080P output, while also supporting standard output bypass.
Advanced Audio Extraction Capabilities
Beyond video distribution, this HDMI Splitter features dedicated digital and analog audio extraction from the HDMI source. The rear panel includes an optical S/PDIF port and a 3.5mm stereo mini-jack for seamless connection to amplifiers or speakers. It supports a wide array of high-fidelity audio formats, including PCM 2.0, Dolby True HD, and DTS-HD Master Audio, ensuring premium sound quality for diverse media setups.
Intelligent EDID Management and Control
To ensure maximum compatibility between different displays, the HDMI Splitter offers two intelligent EDID modes: "COPY" and "AUTO". The AUTO mode compares the EDID of all connected displays to output the best shared resolution, while the COPY mode prioritises settings from HDMI OUT 1. The unit is housed in a durable black metal enclosure and features blue LED indicators on the front panel to provide immediate visual feedback on power and signal status.
