The HDBaseT Extender is a professional-grade solution designed to extend HDMI, bi-directional IR, USB, and RS-232 signals over a single CAT6/6a cable. It facilitates zero-delay, uncompressed transmission for high-definition video at resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz (YUV 4:4:4). The system can reach distances of up to 230ft (70m) for 1080P signals and up to 131ft (40m) for 4K content, ensuring stable signal integrity across large installation environments.

A standout feature of this HDBaseT Extender is its support for USB KVM functions, allowing users to remotely control a PC from the display side using a keyboard and mouse. For audio management, the transmitter unit includes de-embedded audio capabilities, providing outputs for both digital optical (SPDIF) and stereo analog (L/R) signals. This ensures high-fidelity audio can be routed to external speakers or amplifiers while the video signal continues to the main display.

The HDBaseT Extender is engineered for easy installation using Power over Cable (POC) technology, which allows the entire system to be powered by a single 24V/1A adapter connected to either the transmitter or receiver. It also features bi-directional IR signal pass-through, enabling users to manage source devices like Blu-ray players from the remote end, or display devices from the source end. Housed in a durable metal enclosure, the device is designed for 24-hour continuous operation with low heat generation.
