This powerful combination makes it suitable for diverse professional environments, ranging from stage control systems and conferences to high-end rental and fine-pitch displays.
Diverse Connectivity and Layer Management
As a versatile Video Controller, the device features a wide array of input options, including 3G-SDI, HDMI 2.0, and four DVI connectors. For larger displays, the four DVI inputs can be combined to form an independent "DVI Mosaic" source. The unit offers sophisticated layer management through its front panel, allowing users to control a main layer and two additional picture-in-picture (PIP) layers, with the ability to easily switch input sources or adjust resolutions for each layer.
Advanced System Customization and Output
The VX16s Video Controller provides 16 Gigabit Ethernet output ports to drive large LED screens, with each port capable of loading up to 650,000 pixels. It includes professional-grade features such as the ability to work with 3D emitters for immersive experiences, a hot backup mode for system redundancy, and image mosaic functionality for screens exceeding the capacity of a single unit. Users can further refine the output through detailed screen brightness adjustments, colour temperature settings, and custom output frame rates ranging up to 120 Hz.
