The MRV208-1 is built with a slim form factor, making it ideal for thin cabinets where internal space is limited. It features 8 standard HUB75E connectors, allowing for a direct connection to LED modules and supporting up to 16 groups of parallel RGB data. This design eliminates the need for external hub boards, which simplifies the internal wiring of the cabinet and reduces the overall points of failure in the hardware chain.
Optimized Loading and Visuals
This card offers a solid loading capacity of up to 256×256 pixels @ 60Hz, providing smooth playback for standard high-definition content. To ensure display consistency, it supports pixel-level brightness and chroma calibration, which removes color shifts and brightness variations across different LED batches. It also includes individual Gamma adjustment for RGB, allowing technicians to fine-tune the grayscale and color temperature to match specific environmental lighting conditions.
Reliability and Smart Maintenance
To maximize uptime, the MRV208-1 is equipped with a dual backup system, including loop backup and configuration parameter backup, ensuring the screen remains functional if a signal path is interrupted. It supports real-time monitoring of temperature and voltage and features the Mapping function, which displays the cabinet’s physical location and port number on the screen. Additionally, the firmware readback feature allows for easy recovery of configuration files during card replacements or maintenance.
