Beyond video extension, this HDMI CAT6 Extender features versatile audio embedding and de-embedding functions. It supports up to 5.1-channel audio, including Dolby Digital, DTS, and PCM formats. The transmitter includes an AUDIO DIP switch to toggle between HDMI and LINE IN sources, as well as an EDID DIP switch for advanced management, allowing users to copy EDID settings from either the receiver or the local loop-out port for maximum display compatibility.
