The MX20 is a flagship LED Display Controller from the COEX series that integrates professional video processing and control into a single unit. It is designed for high-performance displays, offering a maximum loading capacity of 3.9 million pixels across six Gigabit Ethernet output ports. This makes it an ideal solution for complex visual setups, supporting massive output widths and heights of up to 4,096 pixels to accommodate various screen configurations.
Advanced Image Correction and Layer Management
As a sophisticated LED Display Controller, the device features 14-channel colour correction, allowing for precise adjustment of hue, saturation, and brightness across standard and primary colours. It supports up to three independent layers with Z-order priority and offers four distinct scaling modes: custom, pixel-to-pixel, snap to canvas, and fill screen. To ensure uniform image quality, it works with NovaStar’s high-precision calibration systems to generate unique coefficients for every grayscale level.
Flexible Connectivity and System Intelligence
This LED Display Controller provides versatile input options, including two HDMI 1.3 and one 3G-SDI connector, all featuring loop-through capabilities. It offers two distinct working modes—All-In-One and Send-Only—with the latter reducing latency to as low as 0-frames (less than 1 Ms). For streamlined management, the controller can be operated via the Vision Management Platform (VMP) software and supports cascading up to 20 units through built-in network switching.
