The NovaStar H Series 1x 12G-SDI Input Card is a professional-grade expansion module designed for high-end video processing in H Series splicers. This Input Card features a single 12G-SDI connector that supports uncompressed digital video at resolutions up to 4096×2160 at 60Hz. It is specifically engineered to handle ultra-high-definition signals from professional cameras and media players, providing the necessary bandwidth for mission-critical LED display installations.
Universal SDI Compatibility and Image Processing
This versatile Input Card offers broad compatibility, as it is fully backward compatible with 6G-SDI, 3G-SDI, HD-SDI, and SD-SDI formats. Beyond basic signal reception, the Input Card includes advanced processing capabilities such as 1080i/576i/480i de-interlacing to ensure smooth visual output for various broadcast standards. It also features a dedicated 12G-SDI loop output, allowing for easy signal daisy-chaining to other monitoring or processing equipment without signal degradation.
Seamless Integration and Real-Time Monitoring
To simplify complex stage setups, the Input Card supports automatic signal detection and can be easily managed through the NovaLCT software interface. The hardware design includes two status LEDs on the front panel that provide immediate feedback on whether the input or loop output signals are connected normally.
