The NovaStar CVT4K-M is a high-performance Fiber Converter designed for seamless photoelectric signal conversion. It facilitates stable signal transmission through optical fiber and twisted pair cables, ensuring data remains free from interference over long distances. This Fiber Converter simplifies onsite wiring and makes connecting terminal devices more convenient for professional display setups.
Robust Connectivity and Redundant Support
This Fiber Converter supports 16 Neutrik Ethernet inputs and outputs alongside four multi-mode twin-core optical fiber and LC connectors. For enhanced reliability in critical environments, the Fiber Converter features dual-power redundancy and includes two master optical inputs/outputs with two dedicated backups. Its optical modules are hot-swappable and support high transmission rates between 9.95 Gb/s and 11.3 Gb/s over distances of up to 300 meters.
Versatile Control and Industrial Design
To provide clear operational feedback, the Fiber Converter is equipped with various front-panel indicators that display power, device status, and specific port connectivity. It offers flexible control via USB and Ethernet connectors, allowing for easy connection to a management computer. Additionally, this industrial-grade Fiber Converter supports both 3-pin and PowerCON sockets to meet diverse power needs and is shipped with a specialized suitcase for maximum transport safety.
