Description

High-Density Industrial Audio Forwarding

The HL-4TA Forward Phoenix Terminal Audio Fiber Extender is a high-density, professional-grade fiber optic transport system meticulously engineered for the forward transmission of 4 independent channels of unbalanced analog audio . Designed for robust field performance, the hardware features industrial Phoenix terminal blocks that facilitate secure, screw-down wiring connections . This durable infrastructure makes the system highly reliable for permanent commercial building public address (PA) systems, industrial voice alarm networks, and large-scale educational campus audio integration .

Advanced FPGA Processing and Audio Fidelity

At the technical core of the HL-4TA Forward Phoenix Terminal Audio Fiber Extender is a highly integrated FPGA architecture utilized for digital encoding/decoding and dual-end clock recovery . This processing system actively eliminates high-frequency jitter to ensure maximum signal stability across a comprehensive measurement bandwidth of 10Hz to 20KHz . Featuring a single-ended input configuration that offers high linearity and exceptionally low distortion, the device outputs a high-resolution 24-bit serial stream and delivers complete compatibility with professional I2S bus and MSB formats . It supports versatile operational parameters, including a 48 kHz basic sampling rate and a 96 kHz high-rate audio processing mode .

Universal Fiber Compatibility and Simple Field Setup

The HL-4TA Forward Phoenix Terminal Audio Fiber Extender provides universal optical compatibility, operating seamlessly across both single-mode and multi-mode fiber infrastructures . The hardware supports an un-relayed transmission distance of up to 1 KM over multi-mode configurations and a standard distance of 20 KM over single-mode networks, which can be factory customized to span up to 100 KM for long-haul routes . This true hardware-based solution requires zero software configuration, IP programming, or manual signal tuning . Sold as a pre-configured matched pair consisting of a transmitter and receiver, the units are equipped with high-visibility panel LEDs for real-time monitoring of device power, fiber link connectivity, and ongoing signal activity .
