The HL-4A Forward 3.5mm Stereo Audio Fiber Extender is a professional, high-density fiber optic transport system engineered specifically for long-distance audio forwarding. It supports 4 independent stereo pairs, enabling the simultaneous transmission of 8 mono channels traveling unidirectionally from the transmitter to the receiver. Designed with an unbalanced stereo single-ended input configuration, it features standard 3.5mm stereo jacks for hassle-free physical connectivity. This high-density architecture makes it an ideal choice for complex setups, including multi-room multimedia distribution, large-scale digital signage, commercial displays, and campus-wide audio broadcasting networks.

Advanced FPGA Processing and High-Resolution Audio

At the core of the HL-4A Forward 3.5mm Stereo Audio Fiber Extender is a highly integrated FPGA digital encoding and decoding architecture. This processing platform works alongside dual-end clock recovery technology to actively eliminate signal jitter and completely prevent transmission signal loss. Operating across a wide measurement bandwidth of 10Hz to 20KHz, the system generates up to 24-bit resolution serial outputs and maintains native protocol compatibility with both I2S bus and MSB formats. It provides high linearity and an exceptionally low-distortion sine wave output, offering versatile performance modes that support a 48 kHz basic sampling rate as well as a 96 kHz high-rate mode.

Universal Optical Compatibility and Plug-and-Play Management

The HL-4A Forward 3.5mm Stereo Audio Fiber Extender delivers universal fiber compatibility, allowing it to interface seamlessly with both single-mode and multi-mode fiber networks. It achieves an un-relayed transmission distance of up to 1KM over multi-mode fiber, a standard reach of 20KM over single-mode fiber, and supports customized configurations extending up to 100KM. This zero-configuration hardware solution operates automatically upon connection without requiring software debugging or complex setup scripts. Sold as a pre-configured matched pair consisting of a transmitter and a receiver, the desktop and rackmount-ready hardware features real-time LED status monitoring for power, fiber link activity, and signal synchronization.
