It supports two independent channels of unbalanced analog audio traveling unidirectionally from the transmitter side to the receiver side. To accommodate demanding physical layouts, the system is equipped with industrial Phoenix terminal blocks that allow for secure, screw-down wire terminations, making it highly reliable for command center alerts and remote audio monitoring within security infrastructures.

At the core of the HL-2TA Forward Phoenix Terminal Audio Fiber Extender is a highly integrated FPGA digital coding architecture combined with dual-end clock recovery technology. This system employs a single-ended input configuration that yields exceptionally high linearity, a wide dynamic range, and ultra-low distortion across a measurement bandwidth of 10 Hz to 20 kHz. Capable of delivering a high-resolution 24-bit serial output, the device features versatile sampling capabilities supporting a 48 kHz basic mode alongside a 96 kHz high-rate mode, while completely eliminating jitter to preserve native signal integrity.

Universal Fiber Compliance and Seamless Deployment

Engineered for ultimate field flexibility, the HL-2TA Forward Phoenix Terminal Audio Fiber Extender offers universal optical compatibility across both multi-mode and single-mode fibers. It reaches a transmission range of up to 1 KM over multi-mode fiber, a standard distance of 20 KM over single-mode configurations, and can be customized to cover distances up to 100 KM for long-haul routes. This true hardware solution operates automatically upon connection with no software setup required, and it features an intuitive array of panel LEDs to monitor real-time power, optical link connectivity, and signal activity.
