Every channel on the HL-16CC Contact Closure Fiber Converter natively supports dry contact operation for non-charged switches. The default configuration operates in normally open mode, while normally closed circuitry is available via factory modification. Project engineers can also integrate optional 100M Ethernet data support to expand field connectivity. The hardware provides supreme electrical stability in zones with high electromagnetic interference. Furthermore, wet contact functionality can be customized upon request for charged switch systems.
Optical Reach & Field Infrastructure
The HL-16CC Contact Closure Fiber Converter offers universal compatibility across single-mode and multi-mode networks. It spans up to 500 meters over multi-mode cables and 20 KM over standard single-mode links. Long-haul configurations are fully customizable to bridge distances up to 120 KM. The plug-and-play platform requires no software installation, IP addressing, or field debugging. Hardware deployment demands a matched transmitter (TX) source unit and receiver (RX) terminal pair.
