The HDMI Extender is a high-performance audio solution designed to transmit both HDMI eARC and S/PDIF signals over long distances. Using a single CAT6, CAT6a, or CAT7 cable, this system can extend audio signals up to 100 meters (328 feet) between the transmitter and receiver units. It is an ideal plug-and-play solution for sending high-quality audio from an HDTV back to an amplifier, AVR, or multi-room audio system.

This HDMI Extender supports a wide range of advanced audio formats to ensure a premium listening experience. In eARC mode, it handles PCM 2.0/5.1/7.1ch, Dolby Atmos, Dolby TrueHD, and DTS-HD MA. For televisions without eARC functionality, the device provides an independent S/PDIF pass-through channel, supporting PCM 2.0, Dolby 5.1, and DTS 5.1 formats. Users can easily toggle between these modes using a dedicated switch on the transmitter panel.

For streamlined installation, the HDMI Extender incorporates bi-directional Power over Cable (PoC) technology, which allows the entire system to be powered by a single 12V/1A adapter connected to either the transmitter or the receiver. The system also supports CEC pass-through when in eARC mode, enabling seamless remote-control handshaking between connected devices. Both units are housed in compact metal enclosures, designed for durability and flexible placement in professional AV environments.
