Bluetooth Input Adapter Overview
The Bluetooth Input Adapter is an advanced audio transmitter based on the Dante® Ultimo 2x2 platform, designed to bridge wireless and digital audio networks. This device efficiently converts two-channel Bluetooth audio into Dante® 2CH digital audio, which is then transmitted over a network to compatible receiving equipment. Built with a compact design, it is ideal for flexible installations where seamless integration of mobile devices into a professional audio environment is required.
Bluetooth Input Adapter Audio Features
This Bluetooth Input Adapter supports high-fidelity wireless audio through Bluetooth V5.1 and various codecs, including SBC, AAC, APTX, APTX-LL, and APTX-HD, with sampling rates up to 192KHz@24bit. The Dante® output delivers consistent digital audio at 48KHz@24bit, with configurable device latency of 1, 2, or 5ms managed via the Dante® Controller software. These technical specifications ensure that the audio maintains a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz and a high signal-to-noise ratio of over 100dB for professional-grade sound.
Bluetooth Input Adapter Power and Control
Versatility is a core feature of the Bluetooth Input Adapter, as it can be powered through a local USB-C port or via Power over Ethernet (PoE Class 0 802.3af). Users can manage the device through several methods, including front-panel pairing and reset buttons, or by using a serial command tool on a PC to send API commands. The unit also features an integrated LED status indicator to provide immediate visual feedback on Bluetooth pairing and connection status, ensuring straightforward operation in any setting.
