The 4x4 HDMI Matrix Switcher features sophisticated audio management, including de-embedded audio available through both analog L/R and coaxial ports for every output. It supports a wide range of high-definition audio formats such as Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, and includes an Audio Return Channel (ARC) function to return display device audio specifically through the coaxial port. Furthermore, the device is fully compliant with HDCP 2.2, HDCP 1.4, and DVI 1.0 standards to maintain secure and reliable signal transmission across all connected hardware.

Additionally, advanced EDID management is supported, providing a list of factory-defined or user-defined EDID options for each individual input to resolve any potential handshake or compatibility issues.
