It features one HDMI input and one USB-C input, the latter of which supports both video signals up to 4K60 and USB 2.0 data . This system is fully compliant with HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 standards, delivering stunning video quality with resolutions up to 4K2K@60Hz (4:4:4) and supporting high-definition audio formats like Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master.
Advanced Transmission and Power Efficiency
Using standard HDBaseT technology, this HDMI/USB-C HDBT Wall-plate Extender can transmit high-definition signals over a single CAT6 cable across impressive distances. In standard HBT mode, it reaches up to 328ft (100m) for 4K60 content, while the Long Reach Mode (LRM) extends 1080P or 4K30 signals up to 492ft (150m). To simplify installation, the device supports a bidirectional 24V POC (Power over Cable) function, allowing either the transmitter or receiver to be powered by a single supply to run the entire system.
Intelligent Control and KVM Integration
Beyond video extension, the HDMI/USB-C HDBT Wall-plate Extender offers robust control and peripheral support, including bidirectional IR and RS-232 signal pass-through. The receiver includes two USB 2.0 ports, enabling KVM functionality for connecting devices like a mouse and keyboard back to a remote PC. Users also benefit from flexible audio management through a built-in DIP switch for analog audio embedding and intelligent EDID management to ensure seamless compatibility between various source devices and displays.
