The HDMI Wall Plate transmitter is a versatile interface designed to fit within a standard 86mm x 86mm wall box. It features a comprehensive array of inputs, including one HDMI port, one DisplayPort, and one VGA port with a dedicated 3.5mm stereo audio input. Users can easily switch between these multiple signal sources using a manual "SOURCE" button on the front panel, which is supported by dedicated LED indicators to confirm active signal status for each input type.
High-Performance Transmission and Resolution
This HDMI Wall Plate utilizes advanced HDBaseT technology to extend high-definition signals over long distances using a single Cat6 or Cat6a cable. It supports video resolutions up to 4K2K@30Hz (YCbCr 4:4:4) for HDMI and DisplayPort, and up to 1920x1200@60Hz for VGA. The system provides reliable transmission reaching up to 229.6ft (70m) for 1080p content and up to 131.2ft (40m) for 4K30Hz signals, making it suitable for professional installations.
Advanced Control and Power Efficiency
Designed for streamlined installation, the HDMI Wall Plate incorporates 24V Power over Cable (POC) technology, allowing the transmitter to be powered remotely via the network cable. It also features built-in two-way RS-232 communication, enabling seamless control between a PC or control system and the connected display. The unit is built with a durable aluminium front panel and a metal rear housing, ensuring stable operation in various commercial and residential environments.
