A standout feature is its integrated video downscale, which allows users to downscale 4K content to 1080P for specific outputs via a simple dial switch on the front panel.
Advanced Audio Extraction and Support
This HDMI Splitter provides comprehensive audio flexibility by extracting digital and analog audio from the HDMI source to dedicated outputs. The rear panel includes an optical S/PDIF port for amplifiers and a 3.5mm L/R stereo mini-jack for speakers. It supports a vast array of high-fidelity audio formats, including LPCM, Dolby True HD, and DTS-HD Master Audio, ensuring premium sound quality for any home theatre setup.
Intelligent EDID Management and Design
For seamless compatibility between different displays, the HDMI Splitter features two distinct EDID modes: "COPY" and "AUTO". In AUTO mode, the device compares the EDID of both connected displays to output the best shared resolution, while COPY mode specifically mirrors the settings of the display connected to HDMI OUT 1. The unit is housed in a compact black metal enclosure and includes dedicated blue LED indicators to show the status of power, input, and output connections.
