Advanced 1-Channel 3G-SDI Video with Loop Out
A primary feature of this system is the 1-Channel 3G-SDI Video with Loop Out capability, which supports resolutions up to 1080p @60Hz. The transmitter unit includes a local BNC loop-out, allowing operators to monitor the source video locally while simultaneously transmitting it to a remote receiver. This interface is fully compliant with SMPTE424M, SMPTE292M, and SMPTE259M standards, ensuring seamless compatibility with a wide array of professional broadcast and security hardware.
Integrated Reverse RS485 Data for PTZ Control
Beyond video transmission, the HL-S3Gi incorporates Reverse RS485 Data to facilitate comprehensive remote camera management. This data channel allows control signals to travel from the receiver side back to the transmitter, enabling the operation of PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras or other serial-controlled devices from a central monitoring station. This bidirectional functionality over a single fiber link simplifies infrastructure requirements for security installations and professional field productions.
